MirrortownYour license
Each AppSumo code you redeem gives you a lifetime license to use Mirrortown under the plan for your number of stacked codes (up to three), including all future 1.x updates. The license is personal to the email it was issued to and covers the number of users in your plan. Please don’t share, resell or publish your license key or codes.
Your keys and third-party costs
Mirrortown works with your own API keys: a Jev key from TypeSafe or OpenRouter, and optionally keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or OpenRouter. Usage of those services is billed by those providers to you, under their terms. We don’t control their prices, availability or policies.
It’s a simulation
The people in Mirrortown are synthetic and their reactions are generated by a model. Results are a directional signal, not a measurement of any real population, and they can be wrong. They are not a substitute for real research, professional advice or your own judgement. Decisions you make with them are yours.
Your content
You own what you put into Mirrortown and what it produces for you. It stays on your computer, apart from what the app sends to the AI providers you configure.
Fair use
Don’t use Mirrortown to deceive people, to impersonate real people or organisations, to plan harassment or disinformation, or to break the law, including advertising, consumer-protection, privacy and electoral rules. Don’t present simulated results as real survey data.
Refunds
Purchases are made on AppSumo. Refunds within AppSumo’s 60-day window are handled by AppSumo under its policies.
No warranty
Mirrortown is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable and to fix bugs, but we can’t promise it will be error-free or always available, or that results will be accurate.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Mirrortown is limited to the amount you paid for your codes, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will never take away the lifetime access you bought. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
